This past week we decided to completely remove Google Ads from our site due to the continual issue of anti-mormon ads constantly appearing. Trying to manage and stay on top of every ad that was appearing what just too labor intensive, especially when considering the miniscule amount that we were receiving to place them there in the first place. Having them on our site was causing far more damage than it was worth and we apologize to those individuals who were offended by their presence and who have questioned our purpose and intentions with this site.

To this point, we are very dis-satisfied with Google ads and it inability to effectively control and filter the type of content that appears in their service. This is probably more of an issue in the "LDS" and "Mormon" advertising space than most, but we will no longer include these ads on our site and run the risk of subjecting our users to unwanted and inappropriate anti-mormon materials.

Thank you all for your continued support and understanding.

I am so glad you chose to remove Google Ads due to the anti-Mormon ads. I wish other websites would do the same. It especially bothers me that when people come to my My Space page, they see anti-Mormon ads, because I am trying to keep to church standards (13th Article of Faith) on my page, and, in fact, I have several church-oriented videos on there. Those anti-Mormon ads could send a mixed message.

Thank you for removing Google Ads. I am tired of the anti-mormon movement. It seems like Satan is getting more and more people to uphold his work. It saddens me that they will not leave us alone. I like your service very much and such ads would have been a big reason for me not to use it. I have contributed a little and hope to contribute more in the future so you can be compensated for taking car of us and sparing us from such evil influences.

What's amazing about the Google ads is they have a policy that there are not supposed to be negative ads at all on their network. They are not supposed to be running in the first place.

I rarely use google toolbars or sites with ads because they do nothing to control content as long as they make a profit on the transaction. It's refreshing to see people boycott or remove their services because of their objectionable content. I only wish more sites removed these services from their pages.

This same result is the reason I opted to not include Google ads on my site. This is my first visit to your website and I am glad you opted to remove them.
Thanks,
Chris
